Johnny’s PoBoys
This is my favorite spot for a cheeseburger poboy. Why? Because they make them from scratch--real patties that someone has hand-rolled and patted into poboy heaven. If you’re around the French Market/St. Louis Cathedral area, it would be robbery for you not to go here. They have a zillion varieties of poboys as well, but every time I go, I can’t seem to convince myself to not get a cheeseburger poboy. Maybe next time. We’ll see. They also offer a full breakfast menu. This establishment is always crowded, but well worth the wait.
